2Performant Announces Executive Team Consolidation to Drive the Next Stage of Business Growth and Expansion

2Performant's new Deputy CEO, Ana Opriță, has been with the company for over four years, during which time, as Chief Technology Officer, she contributed decisively to developing the product and the technology team. With a solid background in IT and a deep respect for the complexity and dynamics of digital business, Ana is a leader who believes in the power of the product, long-term thinking, and the rigorous achievement of set goals. 

In her new role, she will work closely with CEO Dorin Boerescu to accelerate the company's evolution through a strategic vision built on performance, clarity, and consistent execution. One of her major objectives is consolidating the company through a strong team—a goal she pursues through recruitment, organizational culture, and a robust technological infrastructure. “2Performant has three strengths that are very rare among Romanian-owned companies: a genuinely validated product, a team that has weathered major challenges and remained united, and an execution culture that puts discipline first. In my new role, I will build on these foundations with a radical focus on consistent execution to drive large-scale product adoption and turn growth into sustainable profit,” said Ana Opriță.

Mihaela Bourceanu joins the 2Performant team as Chief Operations Officer (COO), bringing over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, and operational management in Romania and internationally. 

She has coordinated complex teams and projects across diverse industries—from FMCG and consumer goods to automotive—contributing to the development of new business lines and earning industry awards and professional recognition. Her extensive experience in strategy, coordination, and organizational transformation supports 2Performant's mission to strengthen its team and internal processes during a stage of company growth and maturation. 

With Ana Opriță's promotion to Deputy CEO, the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) has been taken over by Bogdan Achim, who since joining us in 2022 has played a vital role in developing the product and bringing it to maturity. Bogdan is ambitious, courageous, and decisive in taking ownership of objectives.

Through these moves—promoting Ana Opriță to an executive leadership role, recruiting Mihaela Bourceanu to lead operations, and appointing Bogdan Achim as CTO—2Performant is not only completing its top management team, but also aligning its leadership structure with its strategic plans: internal growth, international expansion, a high-performance team culture, and scalable technology.
