Scope:

Integrates, serves and retain advertisers and affiliates in 2Leva Network by using the best tools and by implementing efficiently 2Leva politics.

Main Responsibilities:

> Main contact point with both advertisers and affiliates > Legal and accounting relationship with both affiliates and advertisers:

• Contract, annexes
• Invoicing / collection

> Legal and accounting support > Responsibilities related to advertisers:

• Integration - tracking code, products feed, banners, description, activation
• Customer service for advertisers and affiliates
• Develop growth, loyalty and retention programs for advertisers
• Reporting

> Responsibilities related to affiliates:

• Affiliates acquisition
• Affiliate support
• Loyalty and retention programs foraffiliates
• Incentive programs for affiliates
• Responsible for growing the total amount of affiliate commissions, total number of affiliates, total number of active and certified affiliates

> Technical support for main platform functionalities > Feedback collection related to the platform and communication to the product manager

Competences. Skills. Abilities.

• Proficiency in Bulgarian language
• Medium in English language
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Data analysis skills
• Good understanding of online marketing and online promotional tools
• Basic technical knowledge: cookies, online tracking, html
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Office, Powerpoint)
