### Victor, last time we spoke was around Easter. How have Kinderauto and Kinderplay evolved since then?

The Easter period marks the beginning of the peak season for us, and since then, both Kinderauto and Kinderplay have evolved in the exact direction we anticipated. Activity and sales have grown steadily, and both projects are right where we aimed to be at this time of the year.

There have been some important changes in BusinessLeague, but we adapted quickly. We tried to maintain as transparent communication as possible with affiliates and become increasingly efficient in the way we work together. Overall, progress has been very good, and we greatly appreciate the dynamics on the platform.

### **2025, coming to a close**

The market has become more competitive, with more active players and increasingly high expectations from customers. The product range has diversified, and defining "clean" audiences has become more complicated, which naturally translated into higher marketing costs.

When comparing expectations from the beginning of the year against the reality at the end of October, I can say the general direction is positive, though requiring significantly more effort than we estimated at the start of 2025\. For us, Q4 does not end in December—it extends until mid-January, which is when we consider we truly enter the new season.

### **Black Friday. Preparations and results**

Even though we know the season for our product range doesn't reach peak interest during Black Friday, we still aimed to achieve better results than last year. We held internal discussions as well as talks with the BusinessLeague team, analyzed the suggestions we received, and ultimately decided to increase commissions during BF, speed up conversion processing, and provide affiliates with more official, updated, and varied creative materials.

The results were good, in line with expectations, though not spectacular. The unstable economic context and shifting consumer behavior clearly left their mark. Even so, just as we anticipated, working together with affiliates, our bestsellers promoted on the platform before and during the campaign performed best.

Beyond marketing efforts, we offered our lowest prices of the year across the entire product range, gifts on select models, free shipping, and fast customer support. All of these generated a visible increase in interest, even outside our traditional peak season.

In short, Black Friday 2025 was challenging, but it clearly showed us that we can do even more and that our relationship with affiliates remains essential for performance.

### **How would you describe the potential of affiliate marketing in the coming years?**

The potential of affiliate marketing in Romania will grow even bigger in the coming years. No matter how creative your internal team is, in the affiliate ecosystem you find people from all generations, with perspectives, styles, and methods you might never even have thought of. That is one of the most valuable components of the system: the diversity of ideas forces you to constantly learn and evolve.

I believe we will have many challenges to overcome in the coming years, from economic shifts to transformations in consumer behavior. The only real solution is to build a solid core together with our affiliates, because ultimately, the goal is the same for everyone: conversion.

Marketing is constantly changing, customer preferences are becoming more sophisticated, and sales ethics are becoming a decisive factor for success. In this context, affiliate marketing holds huge potential, and I believe it will become one of the most important strategic directions for many businesses.

### **What is your favorite Challenge in BusinessLeague and why?**

Our favorite Challenges in BusinessLeague are, without a doubt, Revenue Rally and Speed Run. They are the competitions that motivate us the most because they focus directly on what matters to us: volume, consistency, and speed in generating results.

In the near future, especially during our optimal sales season, we aim to consistently reach the top positions in these Challenges. They are an excellent barometer of performance and a real source of energy both for us and for affiliates.

### **Plans and concerns for 2026**

For 2026, our plans focus on expanding our product range so that we can cover all our customers' needs as thoroughly as possible. We want to further strengthen the positive perception we enjoy both among end customers and among the affiliates we collaborate with. We want to become an even stronger brand—easier to recommend and more relevant in the market.

On the other hand, our concerns for 2026 mainly revolve around the economic context, market instability, rising taxes, and growing financial pressure. All of these inevitably end up being passed on to customers and beyond, which can directly affect our growth plans and the pace we desire. Still, we are prepared to adapt and find solutions to continue developing, regardless of the challenges.
