**How would you describe your evolution over the past 6 months, both as a professional and as a BusinessLeague Mentee?**

> Over the past 6 months, I reached an important milestone for me—I surpassed 1,000 monthly sales. It was a significant leap, achieved by activating CSS, which initially led to higher costs. Later on, I optimized the campaigns based on volumes and results, and things started falling into place. I learned a lot about how CSS works, managed considerably larger budgets, and, perhaps most valuably, learned how to manage my emotions on days when results were either above or below expectations.

**How have your numbers evolved since November, when we last spoke, up until today?**

> I've had an interesting and valuable evolution:
> **November**: 751 conversions (Black Friday period)
> **December**: 535 conversions
> **January**: 589 conversions
> **February**: 552 conversions
> **March**: 813 conversions
> **April**: 1,651 conversions (CSS launch)
> **May**: 915 conversions (CSS optimization)

> The conversion rate fluctuated, but as volume grew and through constant optimization, I managed to stabilize and improve it.

**How valuable has your experience in the Mentorship program been for you?**

> It has been a game-changer for me. Without this program, my journey would have been much harder and more expensive. I have grown tremendously and I am grateful for my mentor's support—it was an inspired choice. The insights I received are relevant, actionable, and have brought me real results.

**Tell us the most important thing you've learned about partnerships with stores in BusinessLeague.**

> I learned how important transparency is when collaborating with advertisers. Whenever I couldn't track offers or stock levels in detail, direct communication with partners helped me enormously. Receiving information about upcoming campaigns, availability, and plans gave me a strategic advantage. When there is openness and trust, I have every motivation to invest time and energy into future projects alongside those advertisers.

**Are you considering becoming a Mentor in the program yourself?**

> Yes, I am considering that possibility. I have accumulated a lot of knowledge, especially in certain niches, and developed new skills throughout the program. The idea of becoming a mentor is a rewarding challenge—and I love challenges!

**Players are still hesitant to sign up both as Mentors and as Mentees. Why do you think that happens?**

> I think some players either don't feel the need for structured support or aren't fully determined to commit seriously to this field. It's a decision that comes with commitment, and not everyone is ready for that.

**What advice do you have for a new player who is just discovering** [**BusinessLeague.com**](http://businessleague.com/?ref=blog.businessleague.com)**?**

> The first and perhaps most important step: find a mentor. It's a choice that will save them time, money, and plenty of mistakes. A good mentor can guide you straight to where you need to be, much faster than if you went at it alone.
